Thank you for your interest in becoming a resource parent! The below video session allows the convenience of completing the Resource Family Approval Orientation online. Please click on the video below and follow the steps to becoming a Homes with Heart VC resource family.
Step 1: Complete the Resource Family Orientation online here.
Step 2: Complete the required Pre-service Training to learn about regulations and requirements and the challenges and benefits of being a Resource Parent. Sign up for training here!
Our pre-service training meets once a week virtually for five weeks – provides an opportunity for additional learning.

Step 2: Pre-Service Training
As the COVID-19 continues to spread Homes with Heart VC and Kids and Families Together are taking precautions and suspending all onsite Pre-Service Training classes for the immediate future. Pre-Service Training will now be offered online via Zoom.
